Hello Taiwan!

Welcome to Taiwan! A place where food is available at every corner! :) It was during the Raya Holidays (26th Aug to 31st Aug ), my family traveled to Taiwan. We took JetStar airlines from KLIA to Changi Airport, Singpapore. Spent roughly 4 hours at the airport chilling, shopping and also eating. Then, by China Airlines, we flew to Taiwan and touched down 6 hours later. On that plane, we had individual screens! I watched some movies and played some games. Here are some pictures me and my sis took when we were bored.

From the Airport, we took a bus to Cosmos Hotel and went off for supper.

Seaweed soup

Cold noodles!

Then is back to hotel for a good nights rest! :D Thank God for watching over us, allowing us to arrive safely.

Day 2:

Wake up early in the morning and had buffet breakfast in the hotel. They have lots of variety but sadly every single day they will serve the same food. Imagine staying there for 2 weeks man.

Food. Food. Food

Corn Flakes!

After breakfast, we walked to Xi Men Ding. The whole street was super quiet in the morning. (Taiwan-ians wake up very late). Most of the shops were still close.

This is how Taiwan look around 10-ish am.
Consider very empty

Basically what we did the whole day was WALK & WALK & WALK & EAT & EAT & EAT. That's all!
Sweets like Sticky here

Bought some omochi to try. It's delicious!

We walked around Xi Men Ding till 6 something then took MRT to Shihlin Night market and eat again! :D All the local food will be in Shihlin Night Market. It's like Glutton Square in SS2 Except this is triple the size. Imagine so many stalls selling food. You won't know which one to eat.

This is how crowded the place is at night.

The MRT station Pillar.

Who's up for smelly tofu?!

How i wish this can be smelled.

After that we tried the Taiwan's famous shave ice. (My favourite in Taiwan). The ice is super fine until you put into your mouth you can't even feel it!
